Terms of Service
The terms governing use of the Frame Labs platform.
Last updated: March 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Frame Labs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Platform Description
Frame Labs is an AI-powered marketplace that matches clients with curated creative talent. Frame Labs facilitates matching, contract generation, payment processing, and project delivery — but is not a party to the creative work itself.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Frame Labs immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until project delivery is confirmed by the client. Frame Labs deducts its commission before releasing payment to the creative. Full pricing and commission details are disclosed at the time of proposal acceptance.
Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the platform to conduct business directly with matched parties (see Non-Circumvention policy)
- Submitting false or misleading project briefs
- Misrepresenting credentials, portfolio work, or availability
- Harassment or abusive conduct toward other platform users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frame Labs is incorporated. Specific jurisdiction details will be included in the final version of these terms before public launch.
Changes to These Terms
Frame Labs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
